Repeat prescriptions should be requested by calling in at the main surgery during opening times or by sending your request in the post, fax ( 01993 706610 ) or by email (scripts@gp-K84618.nhs.uk). Where your medication has been computerised, please indicate on the tear-off portion of your prescription the item(s) you require. Prescriptions are normally ready for collection 48 hours later. Where you require your prescription to be sent, you are asked to include a stamped addressed envelope for its return. Please allow seven days for prescriptions by post. We have arrangements with all the local chemists for prescriptions to go directly to Lloyds Chemist next to the surgery, hence please ask at reception. Unfortunately, requests for prescriptions can no longer be made on our answer machine,this is to avoids any errors being made. |
